SparrowHawk Australia (SHA) is committed to providing quality apps to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your personal information.

In handling your personal information, SHA will comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and with the 13 Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act. This policy statement may be updated from time to time.

# What kind of information does SHA collect?

Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified, or reasonably identifiable, individual. In most cases, SHA does not collect your personal information and SHA do not know who you are.

Information that SHA collects is diagnostic data via 3rd party tool which is Google Analytics for Firebase. The type of information collected through the Google Analytics for Firbase default implementation includes:

  • Number of users and sessions
  • Session duration
  • Operating systems
  • Device models
  • Geography
  • First launches
  • App opens
  • App updates
  • In-app purchases

If you contact SHA directly, such as to request information or for Customer Support, SHA may receive additional information about you, such as your contact information and the contents of your communication.

# Why does SHA need those information above?

As all other apps and softwares from other providers, SHA needs those data to minitor all apps health, performance and to identify bugs in apps to make sure they can run smoothly on your device.

SHA employs a variety of security technologies and procedures designed to help prevent unauthorized disclosure of, access to and use of information that SHA collects or receives. However, SHA cannot guarantee the security of your information.
