Information that SHA collects is diagnostic data via 3rd party tool which is Google Analytics for Firebase. The type of information collected through the Google Analytics for Firbase default implementation includes:

  • Operating systems
  • Device models
  • Geography
  • First launches
  • App opens
  • App updates
  • In-app purchases

If you contact SHA directly, such as to request information or for Customer Support, SHA may receive additional information about you, such as your contact information and the contents of your communication.

# Why does SHA need those information above?

As all other apps and softwares from other providers, SHA needs those data to minitor all apps health, performance and to identify bugs in apps to make sure they can run smoothly on your device.
